Maintenance Millwright

A millwright installs, aligns, and maintains the heavy machinery that powers factories — motors, turbines, generators, conveyor systems, and pumps — moving and levelling the equipment with precision, fitting couplings and bearings, and diagnosing the vibration and wear that signal trouble. The work combines rigging and heavy mechanical skill with the fine alignment that keeps rotating equipment running smooth.

Millwrights work on construction sites setting up new plants and inside operating factories doing overhauls, often travelling between jobs.
