Psychiatric Technician

A psychiatric technician cares for people with mental illness or developmental disabilities in psychiatric hospitals, residential facilities, and wards — monitoring their condition, helping with daily living, de-escalating crises, dispensing medication, and carrying out the treatment plan the clinical team has set.
