Special education teacher

A special education teacher works with students who have disabilities and diverse learning needs, adapting instruction so they can succeed. They assess students, develop and implement individualized education plans, modify lessons and materials, provide specialized support, manage behavior, and collaborate with parents, therapists, and other teachers to meet each student's needs.
