The work blends craft skill with efficient, disciplined repetition and reliable quality, plus the practicalities of running kilns and a small business.
Most sell through their own studios, wholesale, markets, and online. The forming itself relies on continuous haptic feedback and trained skill with a living material, which keeps it hands-on despite some mechanisation.
